    What is CignaLinks?

    CignaLinks® is a program that integrates the global network of Cigna Healthcare with local administration and provider networks to support customers with:

    • Easy access to quality care
    • Lower out-of-pocket expenses
    • Local claims processing
    • Simplified administration
    • Local regulation compliance for certain regions

    How does CignaLinks work?

    CignaLinks partners receive eligibility data for all eligible customers in their country or region1, with participation based on elected medical coverage, work location and/or citizenship of the customers. Customers can also be part of multiple CignaLinks programs - For example someone working in Hong Kong with Brazilian citizenship would be eligible for both country’s programs. For this reason, it is very important for Cigna Global Health Benefits® to have accurate work location and citizenship data for all employees, as well as dependents on assignment at all times. If an employee’s work location changes, Cigna Healthcare should be notified immediately.

    CignaLinks is a unique aspect of our benefit program and is available to our customers working in or from:
