    1. You’ll need to contact us before you arrange any treatment, so we can check you’re covered and help you arrange your plan.

    If it’s an emergency, just get in touch within 48 hours.

    1. We’ll pay most providers and hospitals directly. Just make sure they have the ‘Direct billing available’ mark against them when choosing your provider.

    2. If you’ve chosen a deductible or cost share option, you’ll need to pay your provider directly, and we’ll sort out the rest.
