If you had to cut down your life and only focus on one thing, what would it be? Your family? Your career? A hobby? Come up with a list of the five things that are most important to you.

In an ideal world, you’d be able to devote all your time to the things that matter most. If some of your top five are being neglected, it could be time for a change in how you approach your life.
