Finding the right type of medical provision is easy: you can breakdown your search according to medical speciality, type of facility, or by healthcare professional.

Your Customer Area also provides you with convenient methods to contact us that include live chat, sending us a direct message, or by letting us know a convenient time for you in which we will call you back. To access your Customer Area, please visit www.cignaglobal.com, then click on the ‘Member Log In’ button and select ‘Global Individual Policy’ and enter the email address that you provided us with and then your password.

Should you need any technical help at any point, we also have a round-the-clock Customer Care team who can offer a multi-language service, so help is never far away.

In addition to our Customer Area, we also provide policyholders with access to the Cigna WellbeingTM app, which gives you access to video or phone consultations with a licensed medical practitioner or specialist through your phone from anywhere in the world. Consultations can be scheduled usually within 24 hours, depending on your language preference, and can be used for diagnosing non-emergency health issues, preparing for an upcoming hospitalisation, and discussing medication or treatment plan and potential side effects. After a consultation, notes and any prescriptions (if applicable) will be uploaded to the Cigna WellbeingTM app.  Having the ability to access a trusted medical professional wherever you go gives our customers peace of mind whilst travelling across the world. The app also provides you with a whole health toolkit, including Health Risk Assessments,  biometric trackers for blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, sleep, weight; a management system for chronic conditions such as diabetes; and a host of online video coaching programmes around managing stress, nutrition, and physical activity.
