5% Pledge launch event

In September, we launched the 5% Pledge to our valued UK clients at an exclusive event held in the Shard, London. The 5% Pledge aims to foster a conversation amongst leaders about breaking the stigma around mental health  in the workplace. By taking the Pledge, pledgees become part of a group of likeminded leaders who want to create a community where they can share mental health best practice, guide each other on how they can drive positive behavioral change in the workplace and reflect and measure how they’re doing.

The event was successful and we hope to see many of our trusted partners join the campaign to show commitment, inspire others and start a universal movement towards a positive workplace culture and long lasting behavioural change.

Cigna Connect launch event

Cigna Connect is our new, forward-thinking healthcare plan. We launched Cigna Connect with our valued broker partners recently in London.  Cigna Connect complements our popular Inspire product, with three compliant plan levels, streamlined benefits and directional care. Cigna Connect maintains the same Cigna quality, at a more affordable price point. As a plan that is explicitly designed with the needs of global companies in mind, Cigna Connect helps address the ever changing healthcare landscape and the challenges that come with it for employers and employees.

NGO Safeguarding Security, Duty of Care Workshop

Recently at our office in Antwerp, we welcomed a group of our valued NGO clients to explore the impact on mental health in the context of safeguarding security and duty of care, not only to their own staff but also their families. With staff being exposed to increasingly challenging risks and often located in remote areas or near conflict zones, NGOs have a moral and legal duty of care to ensure that threats to staff safety are identified and managed. This is why sponsoring these workshops is a natural connection between our work as a partner with NGOs and our shared goals around helping those most in need. Caring for caregivers is vital, so helping to convene a conversation and constructive dialogue around an issue as important as the safety of NGO workers and their families is a privilege.

It is always a pleasure to be able to connect with our partners to discuss the ever-changing needs of the workforce and the vital need to bolster a safe and supportive working environment.
