Constance Yuen

Constance Yuen is the HR Director of Europe and Global Segments (EGS). She has held this position since July 2023. 

Constance joined Cigna in 2015 as the Head of HR for the Hong Kong business. She then transferred to the role of HR Director in the International Health (IH) Office, with her last assignment leading the divestiture of 6 APAC markets. Relocating to the UK in 2022, she assumed the Head of HR for Global Individual Health (GIH) in September 2022. 

Constance is responsible for the overall HR strategy for EGS including Group Health, GIH and IH Marketing to support ambitious growth of the business.
