Since the start of the global pandemic, 39% of Belgian and Dutch people working from home have been putting in longer hours, according to Cigna Europe’s annual flagship Well-Being 360° survey. This same survey also revealed that too many employees struggle with unmanageable stress, often leading to mental health issues – a health aspect that is considerably becoming more and more important. Employers need to take action now.
