    What is Global Telehealth

    At Cigna we know very well the struggles of life abroad when it comes to healthcare, which is why we want to make it a bit easier for you. Global Telehealth gives you access to speak directly to a qualified doctor on the phone or video call, no matter where you are in the world. They can provide you with a diagnosis for non-emergency health conditions, help you prepare for an upcoming consultation or hospitalization, or discuss any medication or treatment plan with you.

    How to access this service

    If you are a Cigna Global customer and you are experiencing non-emergency symptoms that you may want to discuss with a doctor, all you have to do is download the Cigna Wellbeing® App. You can arrange a telephone or video consultation from the Cigna Wellbeing app.
