    Can employees access care without paying upfront?

    In many cases, healthcare providers can be paid directly. Where direct billing is not available, a guarantee of payment (GOP) can often be arranged to support access to treatment.

    How quickly are claims processed?

    Many claims are paid directly to providers, and more than 90% of clean customer claims are paid in 15 days or less.

    Is support available while employees are travelling?

    Yes. Employees can access help with finding providers, arranging appointments, hospital admissions, clinical guidance and prescription replacement where medically necessary.

    Does MBA include support for more serious travel risks?

    Yes. Crisis Assistance Plus provides coordinated support for risks such as natural disasters, political threats, violent crime, kidnaps and wrongful detentions.

    Can family members be covered?
