On 28 July is World Hepatitis Day.

Hepatitis is an infection of the liver and many people who have it show no symptoms. While modern treatments are usually effective, if left untreated, hepatitis can be life-threatening.

Raising awareness and promoting education around the preventable challenges hepatitis poses has never been so important. That’s why the theme of World Hepatitis Day this year is Hepatitis Can’t Wait.

At Cigna, we want to do our part to help you get involved in World Hepatitis Day.

We’ve created a flyer with:

  • Tips on how to get involved and what you can do to help.
  • Reasons why World Hepatitis Day is so important.

The World Health Organization’s global hepatitis strategy pledges to reduce new hepatitis infections by 90% and deaths by 65% by 2030. So why not be a part of the positive change?
