Jim Callaghan

Jim Callaghan is the Head of IH Technology Strategy & Architecture. He has held this position since January 2022.

Jim joined Cigna in 2016 as the Head of IH Technology Solution Architecture. He has since assumed additional responsibilities covering Technology Strategy and Domain Architecture.

Jim is responsible for the overall Technology strategy for all IH and the definition of technical solutions that support business change investment. He is also a member of the IH Technology SLT.
