Douglas Muir

Douglas Muir is the Chief Operating Officer of Global Individual Health. He has held this position since July 2022.

Douglas joined Cigna in 2015 and has held several key roles in multiple markets. Most recently as the Head of Retail Operations CIMS and Head of Business Transformation IPMI.

He has overall responsibility for directing and reporting on the operations for GIH across our sites in Greenock, Kuala Lumpur and outsource partners. He is also part of the IHDS (International Health Delivery Services) SLT.
