How does the StressWaves Test work?

Find a quiet place, and using the prompts, start talking. Using machine-learning technology, the test takes only 60 seconds to listen to the pitch, tone, word choice, and pauses in your speech.*

Using an algorithm crafted with industry-leading health science, It then gives you a reading of your current stress level. And all in less time than it takes to make a cup of coffee.
