    Four ways to achieve a healthier BMI

    • Eat more fruits and vegetables ensuring you take in plenty of good protein and fibre. You can also improve your diet by limiting salt, sugar and fat and watch portion size.
    • Aim for 2.5 hours of cardio per week such as a brisk walk.
    • Make a health food plan and stick with it - your doctor can advise how many calories you should consume to lose/gain/maintain weight.
    • Do muscle training at least twice/week.
