Louise Isaacs is Chief Marketing Officer for Cigna Europe. In this role her responsibilities include; acquisition, both through performance marketing channels and supporting the sales team. Growing value and improving retention from our existing customers and optimising the end to end customer experience. Ensuring we are building our brand positioning and Thought Leadership, to continue to build strong relationships with our external stakeholders. And research and insight to ensure we continue to put our customer, clients and brokers at the centre of everything we do.
Louise joined Cigna in January 2020, and previously worked for American Express in a number of senior and marketing roles. During her tenure at Amex Louise also held the role Vice President Marketing in the partnership business, where she was responsible for product, marketing, including digital and analytics, in 20+ EMEA partner markets.
Prior to American Express Louise has held roles both client and agency side in financial services, retail and telecommunications, and has worked with major brands across EMEA including; RBS, Vodafone, Sony, Ted Baker, Lloyds TSB, John Lewis and Barclaycard.
Louise has BA (hons) degree from Bristol Business School, and a post graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
